I totally agree wit Bak. . .n im sure lots of other ppl will tink d same way. . .hav a plan, then stick 2 it. . .dun jus pump balls up tinking tt players know wat 2 do. . .shld they take long ranged shots or try 2 bring it up 2 feed strikers????shld we play short or long passes????these shld b sorted out so tt strikers n midfielders n prepared n noe wat 2 do. . .after all we r not telepathic. . .

Game plans r impt. . .n even though Daryl's plan wont work, at least its sumting. . .like how we shld move, wat we shld do etc. . .so if we r 2 come out wit someting tt works 4 our team im sure we will hav a hell of a better chance winning matches. . .

N mayb we shld look at how players r performing. . .if they r not being useful we shld give them some time. . .n if say after 25 mins they r still not performing we shld sub them out. . .after all if a player is in one of their off days n we still play him d whole 80 mins its gonna bring d team down sooner or later. . .but not like let them play 10 mins, then u dun tink he is performing then sub him out already. . .after all they may need some time 2 get used 2 d pace of d game. . .

Another ting. . .i feel tt we shld let everyone play a significant amt of time. . .if we r gonna travel so far every wk n only get 2 play say last 5-10 mins of d game might as well we dun go lahz. . .spend whole day travelling n waste our time. . .dun mind my opinions but i feel it might help d team. . .
